Luther: Series 2: Finale Teaser
The clock counts down to the finale of Luther series 2, and to exacerbate the excitement our dearest BBC have kindly dropped another teaser trailer upon us. With a dead body and the blood splatter killer together in one flat/crime scene, Luther must conceal the misdeed not only to protect Jenny but himself from Toby's grandmother, Bubba; not forgetting the mass murdering twin (? - that's my guess anyway) on the loose! Our wrong side of the law cop will have to perform a miracle if he plans to save everyone, or maybe Bernard's Watch...

Did watch the first series - then it got too ott for me! After watching the Killing[danish not the us remake], and Wallander [Swedish], am becoming a a Euro noir fan.
ReplyDeleteOh no, you should have stuck around for the final few episodes in Series 2! It did get a little over the top, but I couldn't figure how Luther was going to work his way out of the difficult situations and catch the baddies... See if some of the trailers whet your appetite for more. In the meantime, I'll have a look into The Killing and Wallander - sounds like it's worth a watch (apologies, poor paraphrased title related pun), but I will check it out. Thanks for commenting!
ReplyDeleteok will give Luther another go; if you watch the killing its on beeb 4 rerun [make sure its not the us version on c4] and wallander in the Swedish, not the glossed Kenneth Branagh one. Hvae watched one episode of the Italian 'Montablano' [sp. not checked]. Thanks for entertaining and informative blog!
